CooperVision is continually assessing what we can do to support customers and patients during this time. In support of essential hospital workers fighting on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, CooperVision is providing U.S. eye care professionals with complimentary contact lens refills to extend to these healthcare heroes.
Through the program, essential hospital workers may receive one box of CooperVision contact lenses for each eye, including all 1-day, 2-week and monthly brands that the company manufactures, such as clariti® 1 day, MyDay®, Biofinity®, Avaira® and Proclear® brands.* They must be presently working at a hospital in the U.S. to fight COVID-19, and a current contact lens prescription is required.

The CooperVision Essential Hospital Workers Complimentary Contact Lens Program will run through August 31, 2020. To obtain contact lenses for eligible patients, eye care professionals must submit the application form found below to CVcares@coopervision.com. Once the application is processed, the lenses will be shipped directly to the address provided for the patient. Orders via authorized distributors will not be accepted for this program.
