CooperVision Announces Redesigned Online Success Center with Additional Resources for ECPs and Staff

As part of its ongoing commitment to provide eye care professionals (ECPs) with educational tools, resources, and practice support, CooperVision today announced the launch of its redesigned Online Success Center (OSC). The upgraded, on-demand digital platform features an enhanced look and feel, providing users with an improved, immersive educational experience, more robust resources, and a streamlined myopia control and myopia management certification process. The easy-to-use platform also delivers practical tools to empower staff with new knowledge and skills they can implement in practice.

“Through our work with the eye care community, we kept hearing from ECPs that finding, training and retaining staff members is a primary concern in their day-to-day operations,” said Jennifer Palombi, OD, FAAO, CooperVision Head of Professional Education and Development, Americas. “Our plan to partner with practices to help train new and existing staff members through these added resources will help to lighten the load on ECPs and boost practice efficiencies.”

The OSC’s redesigned myopia category now makes it easier than ever for ECPs to get started with MiSight® 1 day*, for age-appropriate children, through the new QuickStart program. The program includes a flagship, 15-minute QuickStart video and other quick-hitting resources aimed at helping ECPs get up and running quickly with myopia management, while delivering impactful myopia conversations with patients and parents. Also new to the myopia category is the Paragon CRT® Certification Program, which offers ECPs the opportunity to complete the Paragon CRT® certification process in as little as 45 minutes.

“Myopia’s prevalence and severity continues to grow at epidemic rates.1,2 As such, myopia management has become essential for ECPs to incorporate into their practices—if they haven’t already,” said Louise Curcio, Director of Myopia Management, CooperVision, Americas. “With the addition of the QuickStart program and Paragon CRT® certification to the OSC, our goal is to provide practitioners with additional options to manage patients facing this crucial issue.”

In addition to myopia management, the newly redesigned learning platform offers numerous interactive courses spanning across seven categories, which encompass every facet of what’s important to a successful contact lens practice, including the enhanced staff training section. Other key category updates include CooperVision Technology & Programs, Spheres & Digital Lifestyles, and New to Practice—which includes tips and advice for young ODs just getting started in their careers.
