2017 Best Practices honorees Jason Ortman, OD, of Castle Pines Eye Care and Will Tantum, OD of Blount County Eye Center have both been recently published articles in Advanced Ocular Care, sharing their invaluable insights into practice management success.
In his article, “You are the Catalyst of Your Practice”, Dr. Tantum examines how being an agent of change can help optometrists transform an average practice to an extraordinary one. Dr. Ortman’s article, “Hiring for the Future” gives tips and insights into compensating and retaining your most valuable employees. Both articles appeared in the May/June issue of Advanced Ocular Care.
Both doctors were 2017 Honorees for CooperVision’s Best Practices program.
