Adrian Salter serves as Vice President, Global Transformation. He previously held the role of President, Asia Pacific (Interim), prior to which he held the roles of Vice President Commercial Operations EMEA and Vice President Sales and Sales Operations, Europe. Before joining CooperVision in 2013, Adrian held roles in General Management along with senior Sales and Marketing roles at Novartis and Wella.
