Rolando serves as Chief Operations Officer. He joined CooperVision in December 1995 and has held various executive positions, including Plant Manager, Senior Vice President, Americas Manufacturing Operations, and Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations. His leadership led to the exponential growth of the award-winning Puerto Rico Manufacturing Site, and the establishment and successful start-up of the LEED Certified Costa Rica Site. Rolando brings over 30 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Operations Management and has been recognized at the highest level in the manufacturing industry, receiving the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association Industrial of the Year Award.
