You are using this site to arrange for and make payment of an order placed with CooperVision, Inc. (“CooperVision” or “We”).
By using this payment site, you agree to CooperVision’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
By submitting your credit/debit card (“Payment Card“) data on this site, you authorize CooperVision’s Payment Card processor, Worldpay, to submit a financial transaction(s) to your issuing bank for settlement of amount(s) due and payable by you, for the order. If you believe there is an error on your account, including an incorrect amount or unauthorized transaction, you agree to contact us prior to the next billing cycle. Upon proper notification, CooperVision, in its sole discretion, may issue a credit to your Payment Card. You represent and warrant that all Payment Card and other billing information that you provide to CooperVision is accurate and correct.
All taxes associated with your order are your responsibility and you are responsible for paying any and all such taxes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by you and CooperVision. If We have the legal obligation to pay or collect taxes (or an amount in respect of taxes) applicable to your order, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by you, unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing or regulatory authority.
CooperVision does not hold or store your Payment Card data. The information will be transferred to Slim CD, (hosted page vendor) held by that company, and subject to Slim CD’s privacy statement.
