Senior Director, Human Resources
Laurel Yartz serves as the Senior Human Resources Director covering the Americas Commercial and Global Information Technology organizations. Prior to CooperVision, Laurel has over 25 years of experience in progressive, strategic Human Resources roles with Corning Incorporated, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Carestream Health. She has strong experience supporting global commercial, information technology and operations groups. Laurel holds a MBA from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon School of Business. She is active in the communities in which she serves and is currently on the Board of Managers for the University of Rochester, Memorial Art Gallery. Laurel is also a dedicated member of the American Heart Association’s Executives with Heart.
