GILBERT, Ariz., April 12, 2022— As part of CooperVision Specialty EyeCare’s commitment to providing eye care professionals (ECPs) with resources they need to succeed, the company has announced a new exchange policy and manufacturing guarantees for customers in the U.S. and Canada. These enhancements will improve both the ECP and patient experience.
The new exchange policy offers unlimited, no-charge exchanges on the company’s scleral contact lenses for up to 90 days, helping to remove the pressure of addressing harder-to-fit patients. In addition, Paragon CRT® and Dual Axis contact lenses are now guaranteed to be shipped in 72 hours or less to customers in the U.S. For an additional $10 fee (added to the applicable product price), all CooperVision Specialty EyeCare lens orders can be produced and ready to ship within 24 hours.
“CooperVision Specialty EyeCare’s commitment to improving the industry goes beyond simply providing ECPs with an unmatched portfolio of advanced lenses. We are truly invested in their success,” said Tony Sommer, General Manager, CooperVision Specialty EyeCare, Americas. “The sector is evolving to give patients even better experiences, and we’re always evolving how we do business as well.”
