Omaira Morales currently serves as Vice President, Global Quality Assurance at CooperVision, Inc., where she partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen regulatory posture, advance quality systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to joining CooperVision in 2025, Omaira held several key pharmaceutical quality executive leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline. Her distinguished career spans quality management systems and leading transformational changes in highly regulated environments. Omaira holds a BBA from Universidad Interamerican de Puerto Rico and an MBA from Ana G. Mendez University.
