Jim Effe

Jim Eiffe serves as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Americas region, bringing deep expertise in analytics, financial planning, forecasting, and executive decision support. In his role, Jim is known for building high performing teams and fostering strong cross functional alignment to support informed decision making and business performance.

Prior to joining CooperVision, Jim held senior finance and analytics leadership roles at large, complex organizations including Comcast, PepsiCo, and American Airlines. Across these roles, he led global teams through periods of growth, transformation, and acquisition, supporting disciplined execution and sustainable performance. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed multiple Harvard Executive Education programs.
