Jerry Warner

Jerry Warner joined CooperCompanies’ CooperVision (CVI) division in 2012 and currently serves as President of CooperVision, Inc. Jerry previously held multiple executive roles within CVI’s Global Marketing, Life Cycle Management, and the Americas Commercial business before his promotion to President in 2022. Prior to CooperVision, he spent 17 years in the lens care industry with Bausch + Lomb. All told, he has extensive leadership experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer packaged goods categories. Jerry is a graduate of Villanova University and the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. He serves as a board member of The Vision Council and SUNY Optometric Foundation, and sits on the Advisory board of the Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry & Vision Science at UC Berkeley School of Optometry.
