Anabelle Gil-Borges is Senior Director of Human Resources supporting the Americas Commercial organization. She works closely with the President of Americas Commercial and senior leaders, developing people strategies that strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive business performance across the region. Prior to joining CooperVision in 2023, she held senior HR roles with L3Harris and Corning Incorporated. Anabelle is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez.
