Dr. Michele Andrews joined CooperVision in 2015 and serves as Vice President, Professional and Government Affairs. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed her residency training at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Her clinical career spans many years in multi-unit ophthalmology practices, LASIK surgical centers, and private practice settings. Prior to CooperVision, Michele assumed progressive leadership roles within the optical industry for LensCrafters, EyeMed Vision Care, and For Eyes Optical Company. In 2018, Michele was honored with the Rodger Kame Award by the AOA’s Cornea and Contact Lens Section and was named to Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical. In 2019 she was recognized with a Theia Award for her work in the Industry.
