Denise joined the company in May, 2019 as the Director of Customer Service for the Americas. Prior to joining CooperVision, she managed Employer Shared Responsibility Services at Paycheck Insurance Agency.  Prior to Paychex, she held many roles at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield including VP of the Customer Care Division. In addition to her work experience, Denise is an Accredited Executive Coach and a Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing and learning more about health and personal well-being.
