Program Gives Eye Care Professionals Another Reason to Fit Patients in
Biofinity®, clariti® 1 day, and MyDay® Contact Lenses

SAN RAMON, Calif., December 6, 2021—To enable eye care professionals to confidently fit more patients in contact lenses, CooperVision has launched its new Simply Satisfied Guarantee program. The program provides new wearers with greater incentive to try contact lenses and encourages existing wearers to upgrade to CooperVision clariti® 1 day, Biofinity®, and MyDay® lenses.

If a patient is not fully satisfied with their CooperVision contact lenses within 100 days of purchase, the Simply Satisfied Guarantee™ allows patients to return up to two opened boxes of contact lenses directly to CooperVision for a full refund. In addition, if a new wearer is ultimately dissatisfied with contact lenses altogether, they may also be eligible to receive a refund from CooperVision for their contact lens fitting fee.

“Through the depth and breadth of our product portfolio, we are able to provide vision correction for virtually any patient. That’s why eye care professionals can count on CooperVision contact lenses as an ideal option for both new and existing wearers,” said Melissa Kiewe, Vice President of Marketing, Americas, CooperVision. “With our Simply Satisfied Guarantee™, we stand behind the high performance of our products, helping to take the financial risk out of the equation for both the practitioner and the patient. The program helps build confidence and trust to enhance the doctor-patient relationship.”

The Simply Satisfied Guarantee is for CooperVision Biofinity®, clariti® 1 day, and MyDay® lenses. For more information, including full terms and conditions of the program, please visit www.coopervision.com/simply-satisfied.
