Great Vision, Comfort and Value
CooperVision Avaira® contacts are an easy choice to fit new contact lens wearers or experienced lens wearers that want additional comfort from their traditional hydrogel lens. The Avaira lens surface stays moist without wetting agents, surface treatments, or other additives—providing great lens comfort at initial fit, end of wear, and from lens to lens. And they feature a UV blocker to help protect patients’ eyes against the transmission of harmful UV radiation.* All combined, Avaira contact lenses offer your patients great visual acuity, comfort, and value from a brand you and they can trust.
Patented Aquaform® Technology Plus PEG
CooperVision’s exclusive Aquaform Technology makes Avaira a naturally hydrophilic contact lens that retains water within the lens, minimizing dehydration. It also combines low modulus and high oxygen transmissibility for added comfort and breathability. Avaira lenses also feature Polyethylene Glycol (PEG), a highly effective lubricating agent that tightly binds water throughout the lens. The result is continuous comfort throughout your patient’s day and the life of the lens.
*Warning: UV-absorbing contact lenses are not substitutes for protective UV-absorbing eyewear, such as UV-absorbing goggles or sunglasses, as they do not completely cover the eye and surrounding area. Patients should continue to use UV-absorbing eyewear as directed.
