Customer Service Manager
Lianne has served as Customer Service Manager with CooperVision since July 2007, managing the Consumer Care Center for the Americas in the U.S. and Canada. She has over 20 years of experience in Customer Support Management roles.
Before joining the CooperVision team, she held the position of Manager of Call Centers and Customer Technical Support with Kodak Canada Inc. During that time, Lianne managed various customer and consumer contact centers. This included Level One Technical Support for Kodak Digital Product, Service Dispatch, and the Kodak Consumer Information Centre.
